The Hard Eight BBQ Family enjoys sharing what they love: a fun atmosphere, delicious food, and some good 'ole Southern hospitality. Hard Eight offers an authentic dining experience where you will be served "Texas Style" straight from the pit by the Pit Master who prepared your food. You'll find everything from brisket to cooked-to-order ribeyes, house-made sides, and desserts using family recipes. A trip to Hard Eight BBQ is truly an experience! However, if you can't make it to the restaurant, the meats, sauces, and seasonings can be shipped nationwide.
