Hard Eight BBQ Shipping Information

Shipping is available to all 50 states. The smoked meats and fresh meats are vacuum-sealed, and shipped frozen in foam coolers with gel-ice packs inside a corrugated outer box. Non-perishable items are shipped well-packed in corrugated boxes.

Perishable items are shipped Monday - Wednesday for delivery within the same week. Perishable items will not ship over the weekends or holidays. This helps to guarantee that your package will arrive in perfect condition. 

Non-perishable items ship Monday - Friday.


Standard Shipping - FedEx Ground or USPS

Non-perishable items will ship via USPS, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.

For ALL perishable products we offer FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery (in certain shipping zones only), or FedEx Express Second Day Service, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx Priority Overnight (if the Ground or Home Delivery time in transit is more than two days). All perishable products are packed frozen to ensure that your order makes it to your door safely. Rates quoted automatically by FedEx and USPS.

USPS is currently experiencing long delivery times. For items that are time sensitive or require tracking, please select Priority Mail or FedEx. Gift Cards may be shipped via First Class Mail, however, we urge you to allow at least three weeks for delivery of First Class Mail.


Express Shipping - FedEx

  • Overnight: For Overnight deliveries, order by 12:00 pm Central Time Monday through Wednesday and your package will arrive by the next day.

  • Two Day: For 2nd Day deliveries, order by 12: pm Central Time Monday through Wednesday and your package will arrive by the 2nd day.

  • Saturday Express: We do not offer Saturday Delivery

Any order received after 12:00 PM Central Time will ship the following business day. Orders which contain perishable items placed on Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday unless Monday is a holiday. Advance orders with a specific ship/delivery date are welcome any time provided that the date complies with our established shipping day policies.

 

Timely Delivery Policy

Currently FedEx and USPS do not have a money-back guarantee for late deliveries. Consequently, we are unable to refund orders which are delivered late.


Pricing

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your merchandise per recipient, per delivery address. Multiple orders to multiple recipients at the same address require separate shipping and handling charges since every order is shipped in its own box.


Delivery Addresses

We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided by the sender. We will not ship perishable items to a PO Box. We also are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses, or addresses outside of the United States. Rural Route addresses must include box numbers and a phone number. The accuracy of ship-to addresses and daytime phone numbers for both the sender and recipient is sender’s responsibility. If sending a gift package, it is also important for the sender to confirm the recipient will be available to receive a perishable package the day it is delivered. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not require a recipient's signature for delivery. Unattended package delivery is left to the FedEx driver’s discretion. All packages contain enough protection to survive at least through the evening of their confirmed arrival date.

If address correction or forwarding is required because of an inaccurate address given to Hard Eight by the sender, any additional fees will be charged to the sender


Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed

If the customer is not 100% Satisfied with their ordered product, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product. Replacement and Refund requests must be received within 5 business days of receiving the product.

The sender is responsible for supplying a complete, verified address for the recipient. If USPS or FedEx is unable to deliver or delivery is delayed due to recipient availability or address issues, this refund policy does not apply.
