Reheating instructions

Smoked Sausage & Smoked Jalapeno Sausage:

Thaw completely and grill until heated through.

 

Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast:

Best served at room temperature or chilled. To serve hot, place completely thawed turkey breast in a pan and cover with foil. Heat at 325°F for approximately 1 hour. Do not overheat.


Mesquite Smoked Pork Ribs:

Place completely thawed ribs in a pan and cover with foil. Heat at 325°F for 30 – 45 minutes. Do not overheat.


Mesquite Smoked Beef Brisket:

Place completely thawed brisket in a pan and cover with foil. Heat at 325°F for 1 – 1.5 hours. Do not overheat.


Mesquite Smoked Whole Turkey:

Best served at room temperature or chilled. To serve hot, place completely thawed bird in a pan with a small amount of water and cover with foil. Heat at 325°F for 1 - 1.5 hours. Do not overheat.

 

Mesquite Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham:

Best served at room temperature or chilled. To serve hot, place completely thawed ham in a pan and cover with foil. Heat at 325°F for 1 - 1.5 hours. Do not overheat.
