Do y’all ship everywhere?

Sure do. We ship to all 50 states.

How do you ship the meats?

We take care of our BBQ like it’s our own. Smoked and fresh meats are vacuum sealed, frozen solid, and tucked into foam coolers with gel ice packs. Everything is packed in a sturdy box so it’s fresh when it hits your table.

What about non meat items?

Non perishables get packed up nice and snug in sturdy boxes so they arrive safe and sound.

When do y’all ship perishable items?

Only Monday through Wednesday so your order makes it to you in the same week.

We do not send perishable items over weekends or holidays. BBQ deserves better than sitting in a warehouse.

When do you ship non perishables?

Monday through Friday without a problem.

Who do you ship with?

Standard Shipping includes USPS, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery.

For perishable items we use FedEx Ground or Home Delivery in some zones, FedEx Express Two Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, or FedEx Priority Overnight.

But what if I need it fast? 

We offer FedEx Express. Overnight means order by 12 PM CST Monday through Wednesday for next day delivery. Two Day means order by 12 PM CST Monday through Wednesday for delivery in two days.

Saturday Delivery is not available because we like Saturdays for smoking meat, not shipping.

Orders with perishables placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday unless Monday is a holiday.

Can you guarantee on time delivery?

We wish we could but right now FedEx and USPS do not guarantee it. We cannot issue refunds for late deliveries.

How is shipping priced?

By the total weight of your order per recipient per address. Each order ships in its own box.

Can you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?

No. We cannot ship perishables to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or outside the United States. Rural addresses must include a box number and phone number.

What if I give you the wrong address?

We can only deliver to the address you give us. If it is wrong and we have to fix or forward it, extra fees will be charged to the sender.

Do I have to sign for it?

No. It is up to the FedEx driver. We pack it to last through the evening on delivery day.

What if I am not happy with my order?

If you are not 100 percent happy we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Just let us know within five business days of getting it.
